Vacation to Branson, MO
This was an early vacation. We left my house by 6am and headed out to Silver Dollar City which took 3.5 hours.

A jerky stand at Silver Dollar City with every source of meat on the planet.
With all the rides Silver Dollar City has to offer, I naturally choose the little kid game Floating Frog Race. I challenged Jenna to a game and 'lost' as she put it. I still think it was a tie.
I felt better after Yusshy put bunny ears on her. All the little kids laughed at her. Well, not really but that's how it would have gone in my head.
After some rides, we headed over to a show called 'Frontier Follies'. It had some women in corsets and some good humor so everyone won.

This coaster launches you to 53 miles per hour in just 2.8 seconds up a hill with disastrous results. Apparently, each time they run this ride, you land on the roof of a building and they just scrape you off.
We all got wet and apparently Yusshy got wet in all the worst places.
Then we headed out to a magic show by Kirby VanBurch. He did tricks that just aren't possible. I highly recommend to see his show if and when you go down to Branson.
Much later that night, at about 1am, we headed out to play some mini-golf at our resort. It's tough to play golf at night and when the sprinklers are on. I got lost in the dark trying to find my ball so I covered my eyes from the darkness hoping to see better. That was our trip in a nutshell. This only goes to prove that 2 engineers can plan and execute a vacation 2 nights before the event perfectly. Probably because we're awesome...
